Strategic Quality Objectives
To implement our strategic direction the West Suffolk CBT Service has set five quality objectives:
1. To ensure that service purchasers can be shown clear quality outcomes for service users referred to our service.
2. To lead advances in the quality of psychological approaches and clinical psychology services locally.
3. To make a demonstrable impact on the quality and safety of service user care and treatment and link West Suffolk CBT Services policies and procedures with the governance and risk systems of purchasers such as the NHS.
4. To contribute to the advancement of knowledge and understanding of quality improvement.
5. To ensure the West Suffolk CBT Service delivers its functions effectively and efficiently.
In order to ensure a high quality service, sufficiently robust levels of accountability must be in place to protect service users and guarantee high quality care within the West Suffolk CBT Service.
