Hours of service for the West Suffolk CBT Service

 

The West Suffolk CBT Service offers opening hours of 8.00 am to 9.00pm. These times offer an opportunity for service users to be met before and after their work commitments if required.

 

These opening times are likely to result in a high uptake of our service for a variety of reasons.

 

• Many service users do not want to explain to their employers why they need to take time off work, (especially if they are experiencing mental health difficulties) and can avoid this by setting up clinical appointments before or after work.

 

• Taking time off during the day can result in a financial cost to service users.

 

• Greater opportunities for childcare arrangements can be offered by utilising a wide range of opening times, especially by offering evening appointments.
